The anteroom humidity sensor seems to have been revived when we power cycled it during last week's incursion, however after that day the differential pressure between the laser room and the anteroom looks a bit noisier and was not fixed during Jason's incursion yesterday. Perhaps the airflow between the rooms has changed somehow?
