I have found a new setting for ITMY mode 07 since the nominal settings was making it grow (past couple of locks). Given below are the settings which works - see ndscope attached  (old settings shows the mode is growing and the new one drops quickly) below,

New: FM1+FM10, Gain 0.1

Old: FM1+FM2+FM10, Gain 0.1

I have made the above changes in lscparams and accepted the changes in SDF.OBSERVE file.
