We have installed a new EPICS IOC which hosts PVs to support OPS stand-downs due to astrophysical events reported by external agencies (e.g. GraceDb).

The IOC runs on cdsioc0, is under systemd process control and is configured by puppet.

I have created a simple MEDM (see attachment) for testing. In the example shown it is reporting the system in standdown mode. The IOC reports the event's details, along with a calculated time-to-end.
