When I walked up to the TCSX chiller the Ruler was on the ground. But judging by the remnants of the adheisive and the Max Level sticker I'd wager that the water level was greater than 30.

I also went back to clean up the old adhesives and apply some new double sided tape to the ruler. So it should stop falling now.
