I've added increase flashes to the INIT_ALIGN guardian into the LOCKING_GREEN_ARMS state. For now its running mostly just a copy of the code from ISC_LOCK, but it will need to be changed around a bit tomorrow to be optimized for this node. I did a test while we were down for wind and it seemed to work with the current version of the code that's in there. Increase flashes will come on after 120 seconds with no locking (same as ISC_LOCK for now).
