State of H1: Aligning

Lockloss @ 18:25 after a 9.5 hour lock stretch, cause still under investigation (but ETMX started oscillating suddenly about 1 second before lockloss). ITM camera error signals are far off and beatnotes are poor, so I've started an initial alignment.
