HIFO-Y crew asked for Isolation loops to be turned ON, on the IMC ISIs.

Those Level 2 Isolation loops were stable, and gave good performnce, in the past, under the same conditions. When turned ON today, they worked as expected on HAM2-ISI. There was however an unstability issue (drive growing exponentially) when turned ON, on HAM3-ISI.

Transfer Functions will be running overnight on HAM3-ISI to assess this issue.
