STATE of H1: Lock Acquisition
Lost lock at 09:37UTC, cause was 11Hz PRCL instability, see attached and Brina's 70153. this is with Jenne's updated PRCL2 gain of 1.7 70160. Note there is an issue with the lockloss tool but you can use the command line tool with 'lockloss show 1370079438' to get the ndscope plots.
Successfully did an initial alignment after couldn't lock PRMI (with moving PRM) and we lost lock at CHECK_MICH_FRINGES. Since then locking has been fine, currently at MAX_POWER.
I'm hopeful (although have not yet looked closely at the lockloss) that this was more due to the earthquake than the PRCL gain. I note that the amplitude of the 11 Hz in this plot is ~10x lower than those in Brina's alog. For now I've set the guardian to put the PRCL2 gain to 1.7, and we'll see if we get another nice long lock like this one was.
