Per WP 11226 I mounted a backup router in the racks in the MSR.  It is configured and ready to go.  I have run connections from it next to the switching gear it would need to be connected to to be used.  The spare router ended up being mounted in the h1-daq-1 rack instead of the network rack, this was due to the rack kit for the system needing to be deeper than the racks in the network rack.
