Turning off empty filter modules
I've turned off some empty filters modules that were engaged following LHO70179 for some violins modes (ETMY9, ETMY19, ITMY18, ITMY19), damping (SUSETMY) and monitoring (SUSPROC) filters. I've accepted the following in SAFE and OBSERVE.
