We had a transition to earthquake mode that brought us out of observing. This was from the SEI_CS node not being excluded in the IFO node.

Why haven't we seen this before? Jim is finding that we haven't been able to even transition to earthquake mode before we lose lock recently, possibly since we went up in power. I'd look for an alog from him in the near future though.
