STATE of H1: Relocking
SHIFT SUMMARY:

- Lock #1:

• Acquired NLN @ 22:42, OBSERVING @ 22:54
• EX saturation @ 23:20/1:49
• Lockloss @ 2:02

- Lost lock trying to reacquire so I will begin an IA

- PMC and FSS unlocked during said IA: Tagging PSL

• Turns out the issue is bigger than I thought
• PMC would lock, but PMC TRANS would only get about ~2 W at readout when it is nominally ~110 W, even after asking the PSL to try and relock multiple times
• After digging through the wikis/alogs and finding not a whole lot, I railled the troops and called in Jason, Ryan S, and Jenne to help out
• I went to the PSL racks in the LVEA/CER and confirmed that all chassis (apart from the PSL LVEA sensor interface, which should be unrelated) was up and running
• After a few hours of troubleshooting the issue is still unknown, Jason and Rick S. are currently en route to site
• Jason ended up increasing the locking threshold to 0.02 V which seemed to work? Confusing since this is what we tried hours earlier but didn't work then but all looks ok in PSL land - alog here
• Continuing on with an IA

- Lock #2:

• Interestingly enough - ALS COMM was not found on the first search even though I just completed an IA, after checking LSC-TR_X_NORM_INMON, I did see that there was a flash of 0.8 - and the COMM beatnote was around -8, so it definitely should have caught
• This issue led to a lockloss, but worked the second time around
• PRM/PR3/MC1/MC3 saturations at DRMI_LOCKED_CHECK_ASC

- Passing H1 to Ryan S. relocking and at MAX_POWER
