H1's been locked 4.5hrs.  2hrs of this was for commissioning time, otherwise OBSERVING.  Just had a 4.5 EQ from Oaxca roll through (hasn't posted on USGS for some reason).  Otherwise, a nice shift with much less wind than the last 2-days!
