DAQSTAT reporting frame writer disk usage, alerts if it is becoming full
I have added a disk-usage section to the DAQSTAT system. It will report a warning if the disk usage is between 93-95% and an error is greater than 95%.
The disk usage information is updated hourly by cds_report running on cdsmanager.
DAQSTAT was restarted several times yesterday and once today after lock-loss to install the new code.
