The DNS servers ns0 and ns1 have been updated to support local lookups of LHO GC and ligo.org addresses.  In other words, lookups for addresses in these domains are answered directly by ns0 and ns1, and do not rely on the LHO GC or ligo.org nameservers to be accessible for recursive lookups.  Any changes or updates to these domains however, are reliant on the GC nameserver being available so that the required zone transfer can take place.
