HVAC Fan Vibrometers

All looks ok, but does seems like there was a glitch ~3.5 days ago, which shows up mostly on EX_FAN2_570_1/2 (approx. 1:00 AM 6/21 PDT), but the values for all vibrometers seem to have dropped to their nominal state.
