TITLE: 06/26 Owl Shift: 07:00-15:00 UTC (00:00-08:00 PST), all times posted in UTC
STATE of H1: Observing at 135Mpc
SHIFT SUMMARY:

LOCK#1:  Lockloss occurred 3min after L1, yet there were no EQs (as seen in multiple fast-EQ websites). 

• Intentionally did NOT want to intervene for this one (well, except some minor SRM tweaks after H1 did it's own PRMI, but I returned SRM to its original state & it locked up fine)
• Lingered at LASER NOISE SUPPRESSION a while, and feared issues with ISS 2nd Loop, but made H1 eventually moved on.  CAMERA SERVO took an extra 10min before H1 could go to OBSERVING. 

LOG:

• 1151 LOCKLOSS [1371815490.519043] (while I was making lunch).  
  • 1153 Observatory Mode to Locking
  • ODDITY:  L1 lost lock at around the same, time too----but there are no earthquakes (or really any obvious ground motion, wind, or ASC ring ups).  There is the usual morning rush hour increase, but that's not out of the ordinary.
  • TJO said L1 went down at 1148utc (he guessed it was logging)
• 1307 Back to OBSERVING
• 1315 Begin to see EQ seismic motion (M4.7 @Thailand)
  • 1330-1350 EQ Mode.  Can see on Picket Fence (but they are gray) & also on SEI BLRMS
• 1457 Optics Lab cleaning (karen)
