We had a small 4.6mg EQ from Argentina that was coming in (seen in ASC and PEAK_MON but not in seismon), I tired to manually take SEI_ENV to SEISMON_ALERT but there was no path so I took the request back to CALM. Tagging SEI.

Violins: Turned of EX19 damping 71093. Currently only violins rung up (3.5-4 on OUTMON channels) EX18, EX19 and EY06, EY18, EY20. They are very slowly damping themselves and the spreadsheet shows damping them can ring up other modes so I haven't changed anything.
