Locking Notes:
We used H1 Manager to do most of an Initial Alignment, but we got stuck in ALIGN_IFO - SRC_ALIGN.
Optimized ASC-AS_A_DC_NSUM_OUT16 for maximum Peaks and Valleys.
And used AS Air to get a good looking spot.
