SUSPROC SDF Diff For 2nd Harmonic Violin Work By Rahul

There was also an SDF Diff for SUS_PROC.  This is related to 2nd harmonic (~1500Hz) violin mode work by Rahul.  Attached is the SDF Diff which was ACCEPTED by Rahul.

I also accepted the SDF .Observe for the newly created monitor filter for 1.5kHz violin modes.
