Completing the template building that I started last week (LHO:71465), I've finished the M3 optical lever to M2 OSEM coils open loop gain transfer function characterization. The templates work for both with M1 to M1 OSEM damping loops ON and OFF, and I characterized the M3-to-M3 oplev loops under both conditions of M1-to-M1 OSEM loops. The M2 coil driver is in state 2 (ACQ ON, LP OFF) and the OLDAMP filters' output limiters are OFF.

I'll now take this data, as well as that from LHO:71269 make some plots and a few statements about the loops (in a separate log, in due time).
