Following up on Vicky's request to determine if the continuous turning on and off of the ESD drive in response to PI ringup is causing noise.

We examined 28 June 2023 at 07:25 UTC and 19 July 2023 at 16:19 UTC where the ESD drive was repeatedly turned on and off. We referenced strain and omicron segments for the same times and found no significant increase in glitches or average strain.

We find no additional noise from the engagement of the ESD drive. Additionally, we notice no significant difference between the time periods when the ESD drive is on vs. when it is off.
