All of the out building fans look to have been switched to their counterparts on July 18th (Tuesday maintenance). There is not a specific log that I can find of this being done, but Tony's operator log from that day notes that fans were greased, so I assume this was done at that time.

Since this set of fans was turned on, all of them look fine except for MY FAN1, which appears very noisy (above the arbitrarily defined threshold of 0.7 noted in the FAMIS ticket). This was first reported by Oli in the previous check and escalated to the facilities team.

CS fans look fine.
