Added new 2-port Tripp-lite network controlled power units to MEDM
Erik, Fil, Dave:
Yesterday Erik installed two Trip-lite PDU15NETLX units in EX, EY VEA to replace the failed Pulizzi units. He wrote a new EPICS IOC which controls these units via SSH.
Today I added these to the CDS AC power control MEDM screen. I also renamed the overview MEDM and the SITEMAP link to it, removing the Pulizzi name.
