STATE of H1: Commissioning
SHIFT SUMMARY:

Most of the action was at the beginning of the shift.  Commissioning work ending, a lockloss, recovery, and then sorting out post-comissioning items as well as calibration issues.  Happily handing off a nicer H1 to Tony tonight!  (Also saw/heard group of 5 coyotes at "lunch" time.)
