During this scrub we had several FW0 frame writing slowdowns. In each case FW0 caught up and all frames were written. The reason for this is that even though the control room default NDS reads from FW1's frames, the LDAS primary frame source is currently FW0.
Mitigation options:
Move both NDS and LDAS to the other FW when performing a scrub.
Scrub less often than 6 times a year, perhaps twice a year during commissioning breaks.
