HIFOY left locked on red light 
HIFOY was left locked on red light tonight. The clean lock is starting at 08:19 UTC on 07/25/2013.

The main error signal is H1:LSC-CARM_IN1_DQ. It is calibrated in Hz Green (but not closed loop corrected - for that see my other log entry).

The noise seen by the channel is most likely IMC noise, but checking for correlations with ETMY, ITMY and their ISI's is also worth it.
