The LSC FF filters that we've been using since Aug 4th (alog 71961) had their settings saved in the Observe.snap, but not in the safe.snap. Normally we'd think this is fine, but it seems that these FF filters are potentially causing the ~102 Hz line to ring up each lock (see, eg, alog 72214). Based on our recent learning from the DHARD filter turn on sequence kicking the violin modes of the quads, I saved the current LSCFF filter settings in the safe.snap so that the filters don't get changed unnecessarily during lock acquisition.
Separately, Jeff is writing a thorough alog on how it might be that this LSC FF is causing issues with what is potentially a TMSX wire violin mode (alog 72221).
