Recent power glitches have tripped HEPI at both end stations. SEI group requested the Beckhoff electronics for the HEPI pumps be placed on a UPS to help ride through the power glitches. This morning HEPI was taken offline. The Beckhoff computer was remotely powered down. Cabling was pulled in from the vacuum rack (24V, power supply on UPS) to the mechanical room. The dedicated HEPI power supply was disconnected and new 24V terminated. After code was restarted, the pump panel was power cycled. Work was done at both end stations.
