STATE of H1: Preventive Maintenance

SHIFT SUMMARY: A slightly longer maintenance day and then a few small issues that have us just now finishing up initial alignment. After maintenance activities were done and we started initial alignment, it was noticed that the sidebands were not turned back on. After they where turned back on we were still not able to get through the INPUT_ALIGN state. We could very briefly catch but then the IMC would lose lock. This ended up being because the H1:LSC-POP_A_RF45_I_OFFSET needed to be changed from -72 to -68 during this state. This offset is for during this state as we change the whitening for POP A during this particular part of initial alignment away from its nominal setting.
Before this offset was found, I had run the dark offset script, but I forgot that our POP A whitening was in the initial alignment setting. I manually changed and re-accepted these back to where they were.
