Stand Down?
Happened to look up and see a "Stand Down" state. Did not receive any alerts for this. The graceDB link for this lists this "GRB-SHORT" as NOTGRB. Here's more info on this particular event (E432741): https://gracedb.ligo.org/events/E432741/view/
