   Solar panels are mostly clear, all cables appear good.

   Each battery was checked with a multimeter:
      Right battery 13.58 VDC
      Left battery 13.70 VDC

   The LCD readout at the charge controller showed for both batteries 27.3 VDC, measured with clear skies.
