Since we haven't used the ALIGN_IFO guardian to run automated alignment of the SQZ system in some time, I've commented out the following states from the guardian, along with their corresponding edges:

• PREP_SQZ_ALIGN
• SQZ_ALIGN
• OFFLOAD_SQZ_ALIGNMENT
• SQZ_ALIGN_OFFLOADED

These states are only commented in the code, not deleted, so automated SQZ alignment can be revisited in the future if desired. Changes are committed to svn, but ALIGN_IFO will need to be loaded when we're next out of observing.
