Lockloss @ 17:26 UTC - ISS secondloop looks to have saturated.
IMC_LOCK guardian noted at 17:26:05 "1st loop is saturated, and open" and moved to OPEN_ISS to open the secondloop. Upon entering the OPEN_ISS state, IMC_LOCK jumped to DOWN (I'm unsure exactly why) and after turning off the secondloop boosts, the lockloss occurred. I'll continue looking into this.

The secondloop saturation may have been a red herring. Looking at the faster ASC-AS_A_DC channel, there's movement 290ms before the ISS turns off.
