H1 Currently Down Due To PSL
H1 went down a couple of hours ago, and currently see notifications for:
- FSS Transmission Photodiode having "low transmission & alignment needed".
- PMC not locked due to High Voltage being OFF.
Investigation ongoing. Have left a voicemail with Jason but he's on vacation; currently texting with RyanS and will look into restoring High Voltage.
As Richard noted, the power glitch appears to have taken down the PSL (NPRO), so it's looking like the PSL will need a complete restart. RyanS is already getting logged in to assess and Richard will be chatting with him.
According to the ISC_LOCK log the PSL issues are noted at 1107utc (507amPT); Although I just took Observatory Mode to CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE just a few minutes ago....it should be marked about ~3.5hrs ago (around 342amPT when the first [of 2] power glitches occurred as Richard noted in his alog).
1415UTC (715amPT) STATUS: RyanS already has the PSL back, IMC is back and H1 started to INITIAL ALIGNMENT.
