Since it was difficult to lock the pump ISS with 80uW OPO trans, we aligned the pump AOM and fiber following alog72081.

First we checked the AOM throughput with 0V ISS drivepoint. The AOM throughput was only 24.6 mW/34.7 mW = 71%. After we aligned the AOM, the AOM throughput is 34.2 mW/38 mW = 90%.

Then we set the ISS drivepoint at 5V and aligned AOM by maximizing the +1st order beam, which is left side of 0th order beam looking from the laser side. After the alignment, the 1st order beam is 11 mW and the 0th order beam is 23.4 mW.

After fiber alignment, we could lock ISS with 80uW OPO trans and the ISS control monitor is 4.8. The SHG output power is 47.7 mW and the pump going to fiber is 22.1 mW.
