Closes WP 11450.

Ran 'apt-get install pylon-camera-server' as root on h1digivideo3. The code for each camera was restarted by the service manager. No issues were seen. This update is intended to fix a possible threading issue that may have been a source of 'NaN' input. See this commit for the relevant change.
