PSL Beckhoff slow_controls SDF restarted with new channel list

the h1pslopcsdf slow_controls SDF process on h1ecatmon0 was restarted at 10:09 with the new channel list (three WD_enabled channels). SDF table is attached. This has cleared the not_connected error we have been seeing with this sdf.
