Moved the Dust Monitor Comtrol box from its position under the IMC Tube to the original location under the H2 IMC.  This is the start of the 485 loop.  The temporary position was in the middle and may have caused some transmission errors.
We will need to move the ethernet connection once more when the infrastructure is complete.
