H1 clearly shaken out of lock from a M4.3 Puget Sound earthquake (Observatory Mode taken to EARTHQUAKE) at 0222utc.  Green arms looked aligned, but still swerving a bit, so I took them to INCREASE FLASHES to wait out the seismic waves.  In Earthquake Mode state from 0222-0233utc.
