PRCL OLG Measurement Taken
As suggested by Elenna/Jenne, ran the /lsc/h1/templates/PRCL/PRCL/PRCL_OLG_NOISE_FULL_LOCK_NLN.xml PRCL open loop gain measurement.
This was with H1:LSC-PRCL1_GAIN at 10 and H1:LSC-PRCL2_GAIN at 1, after 4h35 at NLN. Cursor is on 22.5Hz, gain 1, phase 22.7 deg. Plot attached. This is fine and similar to last measurements (70692, 70664).
