Realigned the SQZ Pump Fiber Polarization as HAM7 PUMP REJ was saturated

Following alog 73227, reduced  H1:SQZ-SHG_FIBR_REJECTED_DC_POWER from saturated value of 0.7mW to 0.04mW.
