SHIFT SUMMARY: One lock loss during the shift during commissioning time. The IFO seemed to be very misaligned after this lock loss and I had to run an initial alignment. After that it was straight up to low noise.
The SEI_ENV node has been going to earhtquake mode from the high seism, so I had to increase the threshold (alog73569).
