The wet well at the LSB was found to be nearly full last Thursday, 10/12. ACE was called out for an emergency pumping where 1800 gallons was removed from the tank. The following Monday Campbell and Company arrived to diagnose both pumps. All floats were found to be in good working order. Following that, pump 2 was found to be non-operational likely from failed windings. Given that pump 1 on its own was unable to keep the tank level low and a crew was scheduled to go into the tank anyway, I elected to have both pumps replaced with new from stock we had on the shelf.
