We had that same feature in LSC-DARM that we've been seeing recently ~100ms before lockloss.

There was a small issue with locking the squeezer when we got to low noise. Vicky worked on it and it seems to be a side affect of changing the crystal temperature.
Specifically in SQZ_MANAGER, in the OPO_PZT_OK() checker, I changed the maximum "OK" PZT voltage from 105 to 110 (last number on Line 59). We had been stuck re-locking because OPO resonance was at 106V, and we were failing the OPO_PZT_OK() checker which tries to re-lock to a lower FSR. Instead, we could have also changed the voltage the other OPO PZT, using the CLF_SERVO_SLOW_OUTPUT DC offset, to lower the voltage on PZT1.
