I replaced two disks on the h1hwsmsr system.

 * cloned a failing boot disk
 * replaced a failed raid drive that holds the image repository

I used clonezilla to replicate the boot disk.  Then after booting into the newly cloned disk I replaced the failed raid disk.  At this point in time the data is being automatically replicated onto the new disk, it should take a few hours.
