- Fire alarm test in OSB - 16:37 - 16:42
- Airhandler alert for CS ~16:45 - H0:FMC-CS_LVEA_REHEAT_2A/3A/3B_DEGF - attached scope, looks like there is a swing, informed Tyler
- ~16:46 - DM alerts for PSL 102ptics Lab/VAC prep alert @ 18:14/19:57 DM 1 @ EX
- Sometime this morning, the Kepco power supply, supplying power to the LSC/ASC IO chassis started making a loud noise, and after further investigation it appears one of the actual fans broke off causing the rattling
- After discussing with Fil/Jeff/Dave/Jenne, we decided the power supply needed to be swapped immediately, requiring a power down of the IO chassis - WP11052
- In preparation, the commissioning team started working to reconcile the SAFE SDFs for the affected systems
- Recovery was straightforward
