The RefCav transmission is quite low, so Jason had put in a work permit to do a remote alignment tweak. I'm reminding myself from alog 72222 what the procedure is (i.e. ISS stays on for this).
- RefCav TPD starting at about 0.58 V (very low!)
- I'm struggling to get any better than 0.81 V.
- Previous nominal had been better than 0.9 V, but the voltage dropped quickly over the last few days as the outside temperature dropped, so it's possible that to improve further we'd need to go into the PSL enclosure.
Attached is a several day trend of the RefCav transmission along with a temperature sensor inside the PSL enclosure. It looks like the temperature changed, but only by 0.3 F, and that perhaps started the drift down in transmission.
Notes to future self:
- Mostly pitch to start, down on picomotor # 3 of H1:SYS-MOTION_C_PICO_D_SELECTEDMOTOR, up on picomotor 4 (#3 is PSL refcav A and #4 is PSL revcav B). Small step sizes are good, and as fast as sprint is fine.
- Not nearly as much improvement in yaw, but what there was, was right on #3, left on #4.
