I ran the script attached to alog 73869 to switch the BS M2 coil driver to the high noise state, and it worked and we didn't lose lock!  Hooray.  Transitioning back to the low noise state also worked!  Hooray! 

The times that I tried the switching were very near the beginning of the lock, so the IFO was changing rapidly enough that it was challenging to actually see any subtle effects from this. We lost lock during our commissioning time before I was able to come back to this, so hopefully soon we'll be able to give it a try with a thermalized IFO.
