Vacuum Crate LY Fail
The VME crate for the LVEA Y arm vacuum controls failed last night. From initial investigation it looks like the power supply died. I have swapped out the crate with a different one and re-installed all of the cards and cables. Cyrus assisted in getting it back up and running. See his report.

Richard,

Can we get a time of the failure? That will give us a good number on the LN2 boiloff rate.

thanks

Taking advantage of the unplanned downtime, the boot parameters on this crate have been changed to boot from the new vxworks boot server, vxboot. It booted successfully with no visible errors, so the boot server has passed another test assuming the crate continues to run with no errors. We will start to reconfigure the remaining vacuum crates to boot from the server as time and circumstances allow.

h0vely failed at 01:26 UTC Friday, 18:26 Thursday local time. I'm investigating why no emails were sent to cell phones.

The DAQ EDCU did not reconnect to this IOC, I restarted the DAQ at 11:59 this morning to force a reconnection.
